Our preloved clothes include gently used and like-new designs from customers as well as returned, damaged, or defective Garnet Hill designs that have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned/restored if needed.

Your item will ship within 6 full business days of purchase. For example, if an item sells on a Thursday, the first full business day is the next day, Friday. Saturday and Sunday do not count, then Monday–Friday are counted as the next 5 business days.
If your item does not ship within 6 full business days of purchase, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. If your item never arrives, we will issue you a full refund.
Once it arrives, check out the item to make sure it's as described. If you have concerns, contact our Garnet Hill Second Nature customer support team within 14 days of purchase.
If your item is damaged or in a different condition than how it was described in the listing, you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You can do this by contacting our Garnet Hill Second Nature customer support team. We will ask you to explain the issue and send us a few photos. If we verify that the item has been misrepresented, we will email you a shipping label to return it. You have 6 full business days to ship the item, after which you will receive a full refund.
No. The Garnet Hill Second Nature program is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to AA, AE, or AP addresses.
